Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), business profile facts and sources you provide or approve, conversation transcripts, contacts/leads/requests created through Z1, webhook delivery metadata, and usage metrics needed to operate the trial.

2. How we use data

To operate the AI front desk, notify your team, deliver webhooks you configure, improve reliability, and enforce trial limits. We do not sell contact data.

3. Retention (preview defaults)

• Conversations/messages: up to 24 months
• Webhook payload bodies: 90 days; delivery metadata: 12 months
• Contacts/leads: while the account is active

4. Controllers

For end-customer chat data, your company is the controller. Z1 processes that data to provide the service. Export/delete requests should come from the company admin during private preview.
