Terms of Service

1. Service

Z1 Assist provides an AI front desk that answers from company-approved sources, captures contacts/leads, creates structured requests when actions cannot be executed, and emits events/webhooks. Instant mode does not promise booking, CRM updates, or invoice lookup without connected capabilities.

2. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing critical facts before publishing, configuring payment links, and ensuring your use of messaging channels complies with applicable law and consent requirements. You control the data of your contacts and end customers.

3. Private preview

Private preview includes a limited number of customer conversations without a card. Features may change. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use.

4. No HIPAA mode yet

Z1 Assist is not offered for covered entities processing PHI until a HIPAA mode and BAA exist. Do not use the preview for protected health information.
